Tag... Your It!

Leah and Summer both tagged me. Summer's was for 7 "things" and Leah's was for 10 "things", so I think I'll stick w/ Summer's tag and do the 7 "things". So, here goes...

1- I have never seen the movie "The Sound of Music". I know it's horrible. I keep meaning to see it, but never do. But rest assured, it is now in my queue on Blockbuster Online.

2- When I was 16, I fell asleep at the wheel while coming home from work and hit a telephone pole. I totalled my car (that was only 2 weeks old) and knocked out 1/2 the power in Sandy, UT.

3- Sometimes, I wish that I was born back in the olden times (like Pride and Predjudice time). I love watching those movies and see the women all dressed up and going to balls. And the men are total gentlemen (especially Colin Firth as Mr. Darcy). But, I have a feeling I would not like not having indoor plumbing. I guess that's the trade off.

4- My favorite sound ever is my kids laughing!

5- I agree with Summer- Tivo is the best invention EVER!!! I don't know what we did without it. I too always watch shows that have been recorded so I don't have to watch the commercials and can do it in 45 minutes. Plus, it's so great having all my kids cartoons recorded for them to watch whenever. The only drawback is, they think that everything they watch is recorded and are sometimes let down when it's not.

6- One of my favorite things to do is go to musicals. I absolutely love them. My husband isn't that big of a fan (especially when I dragged him to Mama Mia, which he describes as "the gayest 3 hours of his life") but he's a good sport and still goes with me.

7- One of my biggest pet peeves is people being late to things. I think it is so rude. It's like they are saying that their time is more important than mine. I understand that things you can't controll come up sometimes, but for the most part it's inexcusable! (Now that I've gone on about this, I better not be late ever!)
