Landen's 1st Soccer Game

This past Saturday, Landen had his first soccer game (at 8am- bright and early)! It was so much fun. He loved it and it was quite funny to watch. Landen did great. They won the game- 3-1- thanks to one of the girls on their team who was really good! Here are some pictures that we took.

Easter Egg Hunt

We got together with a few friends and did a little easter egg hunt for all the kids on the Saturday before Easter. The kids had a blast and the weather couldn't be more perfect. Landen, I think, was the winner for finding the most eggs. He's really got the concept down now- "...the more eggs I get, the more candy I get? Hmmm..." Needless to say, he had to share a few!

Decorating Easter Eggs

We started out our Easter Festivities by decorating eggs for FHE. Landen and I did most of it (while Phil wrestled with Nathan) and Landen was very proud of how his eggs turned out. Here's what our finished product looked like:

Then, not even five minutes after we finished decorating our eggs, I was back with Landen in his room and we heard all this banging going on in the kitchen. So, I went out there to see what was going on... and find Nathan had climbed on top of the table and was chucking our nicely decorated eggs all over the kitchen. So, much to Landen's dismay, all our eggs got ruined.

Here are some pictures of Landen’s first soccer practice. He’s got his little Nike cleats and shin guards on and is a member of the Killer Bees. Three of his little friends are on the team with him. His first game is Saturday, March 29.

Rock Goddess

This is Phil, I've hijacked the blog that I started a few years ago, but neglected, only to have it taken over by Jennie. As you can see she's turned it into an estrogen fest.

Who ever would have thought that Jennie would love video games? Last month while Jennie was in Salt Lake I bought a Wii, and knowing she liked Guitar Hero III, I picked that up a few weeks ago for her. She has easily doubled the amount of time that I've even played the game, and she's gotten pretty good. Here are some pictures of her rockin' out!

Scrapbook Pages

I actually sat down and scrapbooked today. As you can tell, I am extremely far behind- considering I'm scrapbooking Nathan's birth and he's almost 2. But, at least I'm "trying" to catch up. Anyways, I was excited about the first couple of pages I did. They turned out really cute (thanks to the cute baby boy scrapbook kit my sister in law gave me). As for the rest... not as cute. I tend to start out really good and spend a lot of time on it, then I get lazy and just start slapping pictures on. Anyways, here are my favorites.

Not a lot has really been going on for us (which in some cases can be good). But the weather has just been perfect (mid 70's), so we've been spending a lot of time outside and enjoying it while we can. Here are some pictures of the boys.
