ICE SKATING AT THE GALLERIA
The boys getting ready to ice skate for the first time.
Landen skating. He actually did really well (these pictures don't really show it, but he did.) By the end, he was skating on his own. Nathan attempting it.
Both boys loved ice skating. They could have gone for a lot longer, but all the adults were worn out and their feet were killing them, so we had to make them stop.
Our cheering crowd.
This is how Carter ended up. Watching all of us struggle to stay upright on skates really wore him out!
After we got back from the Galleria, we had dinner (soup and salad bar). Then, we let the boys open their Christmas PJ's from Nana and Grandpa Matt and they got to open their Christmas book and each pick one present from under the tree. Then, we acted out the nativity. This is the first time we've done this with my family. They were good sports about it. I didn't get any pictures of it, because we video taped it. Austin and Maegan were Joseph and Mary. Carter was baby Jesus. Landen and Nathan were shepherds and then Wise men, along with Garrett, and my mom was the Angel. After our performance acting out the nativity, we read our Christmas book and T'was the Night Before Christmas, then the boys were off to bed. It was a really great Christmas Eve!
The boys new Christmas PJ's. (best picture we could get- sad.)
Is this not the cutest little guy ever?
