Some friends of ours gave us free tickets to the Frisco Rough Riders Game for Saturday Night. Their son (who is Landen's good friend) was being honored in the "Home Run for Life". He was a patient at Children's Medical Center when he was born and has an awesome success story, so they were honoring him and his family. It was a really special event. He got to run all the bases and give all the players from both teams high fives. His dad got to throw out the first pitch too. We were lucky enough to be a part of the night and go to the game. It was a lot of fun! (even if the boys didn't get cotton candy- what mean parents they have!)
They boys before the game started
The stadium. We had great seats- only 5 rows up right off of 3rd base. But, let me tell you- they were dangerous seats! We really had to watch out for fly balls!
This was Carter's first baseball game. He loved just standing in the seats and walking around!
