Landen's Valentines Program

Last week, Landen's Kindergarten performed a little V-day program for the PTA meeting. It was really cute and Landen did great (even if he refused to look at the camera for any of the pictures or video).

Random Stuff

Carter (6 1/2 months)
What a cutie!
Smiling at his Dad!

Phil's parents came to stay overnight and the boys loved seeing them and playing with them. Here's Carter loving Grandma Gee!

Hanging with Grandma and Grandpa. Grandpa had just finished his routine medical checks (notice the stethoscope) he has to do on all of us each time he comes.

This is what Nate had to do during soccer practice before each kick or drill. He pretty much has to do this before he does anything- goes upstairs, goes to the bathroom, comes to me, etc. Can we say "ALL BOY"?
I absolutely LOVE this video. It's the cutest thing ever! Carter sure loves his big brother!

Snow Day

A few weeks ago, we got a lot of snow (like a foot!) and school was, of course, cancelled.  So, the boys spent most of the day playing in the snow and having a blast. We were even able to make a  "real" snowman (unlike the one we made at Christmas time).

Super Trouper

For mutual this week, our ward had a lip sync contest. The YW leaders were assigned a number to perform. We got Super Trouper by Abba. So, we fully embraced our inner disco divas and went to town with costumes and choreography, etc. It was such a blast! We did awesome in our performance on Wed. night (if I do say so myself) and we're even doing an encore performance at the Bolin Elementary School Talent Show on Fri. night. (One of the leaders is a teacher there.) We're quite the act- very in demand! (ha ha!)

Here we are in all our glory! Aren't the costumes awesome!

My cheering section. Phil was home with sick boys. But Landen did a good job! I don't think I embarrassed him too much.

Grandpa Landen

Today was the 100th day of school.  So, everyone got to dress up like a 100 year old.  We used Grandpa Gee as our inspiration (Sorry Grandpa Gee- we know you aren't 100 years old- but Landen likes your style!).   I think Landen looked great! (He has suspenders on, but you can't really see them, because they are white like his shirt.  Should have chosen a different color- now we know for next time.)
